Meet Our Team
Mebin Varghese
Rooted in a business family carrying over 40 years of legacy, Mebin’s flair for entrepreneurship is what conducts our company and what everyone here strives to work by. Ever with the maxim “Think better for a better life”, the nucleus of his work lies in making technology effectual for the people in getting through life. He is currently the Director Board member of two organizations- Trusted Care Partners Pvt. Ltd. and One Doorway–in Melbourne, Australia. Both companies are raised to care, support, and facilitate accommodation for people living with disabilities.
Mebin has been leading the operations at both companies for the last 4 years, piloting a 400+ member resource pool. Since both his companies are registered under the Australian Commonwealth Government Funding Agency, his project proposal “Be more Efficient” is under review with the committee. This project proposal also happens to be the catch-tag for his new company- Yabby Solutions Pvt, Ltd.
Mebin is a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Kerala, India and holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Latrobe University, Melbourne, Australia. He is currently enrolled as a member of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Jijo K John
A man with many a great visions, Jijo the mentor for the entire team, he’s a vital force in piloting the integrity of the company and its operations. With over 15 years of experience as the HR & Admin and Operations Manager in leading Construction, Consulting, and Engineering MNC Groups in the Middle East; he has been immensely instrumental at each of his workplaces and was accredited for all his innovations and efforts therein.
Alongside his career in the Middle East, he also took charge as the Managing Director of his family business – a Non-Banking Financial Firm with a legacy of over 25 years. This business is already in the second phase of expansion with the adoption of fast-growing global operating systems into Foreign Money Transfer, Real Estate, and Information Technology. In 2020, he also became one of the Managing Partners and Investors for Oppam Super Mart- a chain of supermarkets in Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
Jjio holds a postgraduate degree in Bioinformatics from I K Gujral University, Punjab, India. He has completed his MBA Degree in Data Analytics and Administration from Cornell University, Michigan, USA and also holds an MBA degree in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Professional University, India.
Anoop K.J
Anoop leads the business operations of Yabby Solutions in the Indian and Overseas Markets. He brings a successful career span of over 24 years, working with leading Multinational Industrial Automation Companies and catering to national & international work profiles in Business Administration & Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Cross-functional Team Leadership, Tenders & Proposals, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Project Management for domestic and overseas markets.
He has worked with renowned national and international companies in Oil & Gas (Wellheads, Pipelines, Processing Facilities, Refinery, Petrochemical, Terminal Automation, Aviation Fuel Depot/Hydrant Systems, Flow Metering Systems), Infrastructure (Smart City, Eco-buildings, Filling Stations, Highways, Tunnels, Multi-purpose Ports, Water Treatment Plants), and Power Plants (for Transmission & Distribution – Integrated Load Management System, PDCS system, OTS solutions, Stack CEMS and CAAQMS) segments. He has dealt with various end user companies, FEED/ EPIC/ E&I/ other contractors, Consultants, System Integrators, OEMs, Channel Partners, and Resellers on their automation requirements.
Anoop holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu, India. His passion for Technology inspired him to pursue Robotics and Artificial Intelligence as his electives during academic graduation.
